I’m excited to announce my sixth and seventh town hall this month, where I will continue to have critical conversations throughout our Valley. From earlier town halls, I learned how to support our communities from you and your local leaders!
I’ve worked with Democrats and Republicans to lower grocery and gas prices, fund local community projects, and solve our Valley’s unique problems. For example, I heard how local leaders better understand their issues, so I’ve coauthored the WATER for California Act to empower local leaders on water issues in Sacramento and Washington. I’ve also secured $50 million for local water projects to lower grocery prices and increase our groundwater. Last year, I secured over $26 million for local community improvement projects, and I am fighting for even more this year! I’ve also introduced the Supply Chain Improvement Act to address a root cause of rising costs. Our residents are rockstars, and I am proud to listen and deliver solutions for you.
