Natural Resources

As a Member of the Natural Resources Committee, I know that our nation’s natural resources are abundant, and are the foundation of our economy, energy, and agriculture. But, Washington has dealt with them haphazardly. My priority is to ensure that they are being properly conserved, and effectively and safely utilized for the people.

Valley families are being negatively impacted by the government’s indifferent and ineffective  handling of our natural resources. Therefore, I am working to create an environment of responsibility in Congress via legislation and oversight concerning our federal lands, water resources, wildlife, and energy production.
